Create Note
You can create a note with a lot of detail, and edit or delete those notes easily. Each note has a “note summary” to make reporting easier, with a “note detail” to allow for complete documentation. To the right you see a note that was automatically generated by the MS-Word mail merge feature.
List Notes
Choose the note you wish to view or edit, or hit the summarize button to read all the notes at once. As elsewhere in the program, you can click on the column headers to sort so you can sort by add user, change user, dates, or the summary.
Summarize Notes
Using the Summarize button will let you see all the notes at once and gives you the option to print them with Microsoft Word.
